Jukin Media からの入金がありそう

ずっと前にJukin Mediaと言う会社から動画を使わせて欲しいという連絡を受けました。

もうかれこれ2年ほど前の話だったのですっかり忘れていましたが、ちょっと進展があったのでここに残しておきます。

昨日↓のメールが送られてきました。

Hello,

Your W-8BEN tax form is incomplete. If these documents remain incomplete, we won’t be able to process payouts for your content. Please update your records ASAP!

Steps for completion are below. For the best experience, please fill out the information using a desktop or laptop workstation.

1. Log in to your Partner Dashboard at www.jukinmedia.com/account – your username will be the email address this email was sent to. If you do not remember your password, please reset it by going to www.jukinmedia.com/request-reset.
2. Once logged in, please go to www.jukinmedia.com/account/edit-payment-info and confirm that your contact and payment info details are correct.
3. When you reach the third “tax form” page, please select the W-8BEN form and click “Complete Form.”
4. On the Identification of Beneficial Owner (Continued) page, please enter in your social insurance number, passport or license number in the “FOREIGN TAX IDENTIFYING NUMBER” box and click “Continue.” This is required.
5. On the Claim of Treaty Benefits (Part II) page, please select your country, and check any boxes that appear, in order to ensure that you are receiving the proper tax rate. This is required.
6. Please let us know when this is complete so we can confirm that you are all set and are able to receive payment.
